Canadian Society for Training and Development

The Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) is a professional association focused on workplace training, learning and performance.  CSTD is recognized for its impressive contributions to the industry as well as its outstanding support for its members in the growth of workplace training and development both in Canada and world-wide.

Back in May 2010, CSTD acknowledged iPal President Brad Loiselle’s industry expertise by publishing his article The Harmonization of Learning Approach Systems. Once again, Brad has authored a forward thinking article titled The Instructional Design Maturity Model Approach for Developing Online Courses and once again, CSTD is recognizing Brad as a leader in the industry by publishing this article in the July edition of their eNewsletter.

Brad’s most recent article has been so well received in fact, that the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) will also be adding the article to future publications.
