Congratulations to iPal President Brad Loiselle for being elected as President of the Ottawa Valley Outaouais Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

PMI OVOC is one of the largest PM Chapters in Canada and a top Chapter globally. Being a non-profit organization PMI OVOC turns to its membership for support in the continuous advancement of the profession”.

This year PMI-OVOC will be hosting the 2011 National Capital Symposium on Project Management held on October 18th-20th at The Hampton Business Center in Central Ottawa.

The National Capital Symposium on Project Management and PMI-OVOC would like to invite interested presenters to submit abstracts for consideration. The theme of this year’s conference is “Building the Future with Project Management”. The objective of the symposium is to provide opportunities for attendees to be informed about innovation in the field of project management, gain information about complimentary skill sets, and expand their knowledge around evolving PM skill sets.
